Placebase durch iPhoto eingeläutet

Die gestrige Keynote hat nun also das neue iPad eingeläutet. Zusätzlich noch eine neues Apple TV und iOS 5.1. Aber da ist noch lange nicht Schluss.

Es gab auch eine neue App von Apple, bzw. diverse Updates, die nur für iOS 5.1 verfügbarsind. So unter anderem Updates der iWork Kollektion für iOS und iMovie für iOS.

Die neue App ist iPhoto. Das ist so eine Art Photoshop Touch von Apple. Der einzige Unzerschied ist, dass es weniger kostet, mehr Funktionen hat und nur für iOS 5.1 verfügbar ist.

Es gibt aber auch eine Besonderheit:

Apple ist bekannt dafür, mit den Gegnern zusammenzuarbeiten (Twitter in iOS, Google Maps/YouTube, Microsoft Exchange Mail, etc.

Eins der Bündnisse wird vielleicht demnächst aufgelöst: Google Maps.

In iPhoto besteht die Mglichkeit den Ort, an dem die Fotos geschossen wurden einzusehen. Die Karte, die dort verwendet wird ist aber keineswegs Google Maps, sondern eine Apple eigene Karte.

Passend dazu hat Apple vor kurzer Zeit die Kartenfirma Placebase aufgekauft.

There was also a new app from Apple, and various updates that only for IOS are available 01.05 . Among others, the IOS updates for iWork and iMovie for IOS collection.

In iPhoto, there is the place where the A Possibility photos were taken in view. The card that is used there is no way Google Maps, but with Apple’s own card.

Fits to Apple has recently bought, the card company Place base.
